Su Quin

I love the sky cause it changes from time to time.
When you're free, slow down your footsteps,
and take a look at the sky.
You'd find that the sky is perfectly created.
Esplanade, one of my favourite recreational areas
cause I can get the chance to sit on the chair provided
and enjoy the ultimate view of the sky, and water.
They're just so beautiful.
Their beauty shall never fade,
until the sea runs dry, and the rocks crumble.

Today was a public holiday, so me and my team mates decided to have a practice at mei xhi's house this morning, erm sad to say that all of us were late for it :D crap, the practice had finally turned into a 'gathering'. They all enjoyed watching 'some kind' of dvd that we are not allowed to touch at this 'tender' age ( aherm ) xD
After that, went to Gurney with a friend. Nice enough la, still got free pop corns and coke. Dude, thanks a lot! :D We watched Wall-E, a fantastic cartoon by Pixar. I strongly recommend this movie :D hey, IF we're goin to watch movie again, it's my turn to treat you pop corns 'kay? I'll keep my promise so don't worry haha.
There was a road block when I was riding my way home. The police officer asked for my road tax, but I replied him with an idiotic facial expression cause I didn't know where it is. Aherm, me this first timer was stupid enough huh xD After that, I forgot about my stand, shit. I didn't push the stand up while riding, such a big embarrassment! Argh. Thank god, I was able to reach home safely. The incident has proven that muddle headed fellow is not suitable to ride motor ( but I insist to =D )
Being together with my friends is always the most lovely affair. And btw it's definitely ok to be a single, and I enjoy being a single! ( aherm, Currently available xD )

During the camp, I had a lot of sweet memories with my dearest gang, and I enjoyed so much of being a busy bee, and was happy to buzz around the place and get things done one by one :D We were willing to help eh! I gained precious friendships, trustworthiness, experiences and souvenirs from other countries, of course :D

I had been in an international camp in Perak, a recreational area called Ulu Kenas since last Sunday. To be honest, it was just a national camp. International? Yes, there were some participants from other countries - Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Maldive. But then here's the fact, the total number of foreigners did not even reach 60 out of 600 people in the camp including staffs, sounds ridiculous huh?
There are several things that I would like to voice them out here in my blog.
1) Most important principle of a restaurant - Hygiene
In the camp, we were so lucky that there's a dining room that provides every camper every meal so that they need not cook by themselves, this should be a good thing. But once you step into the dining room, you'll find that the surrounding is dreadfully dirty and disgusting until you skip your meal right away. WOW, there were thousands of flies in the dining room! Flies flied and stopped on the uncovered food, no matter in which corner we were sitting at, still could not escape from the attack of flies. I wonder how the workers managed to survive and work in such place? It was damn nauseating!
2) Not responsible for their responsibility
The staffs at the registration corner should have done their job perfectly, instead of chat-chatting and being like a steamers all the time. Their attitude was like omigosh, and because of this, they made Singaporeans get a revolting feeling of Malaysia Girl Guides' attitude.
How could they let the foreigners find their own way to their campsite? What the heck they know about the area? Nothing!
3) Not well-organized
Somebody who is rich promised to sponsor the camp for some canopies and 500 chairs. On the first day, there were just 300 chairs. So it turned up 100+ of participants were forced to squeeze throughout the 3 hours of night event. Fine, maybe they didn't have enough of time to prepare. But on the second day, the same thing happened again! Since that man is rich enough to sponsor 300 chairs, couldn't he sponsor 100 more chairs for us? In the foreigners' eyes, we were inefficient and our image had gone just like that. The organizers should have put the campers' need and requirement as first priority, instead of the invited guests.
4) Runners of Perak
In the camp, runners were called as busy bees. During the activity, runners were supposed to stay where they were arranged to duty :D Busy busy busy until we all muscle ache, but to the Perak Runners, they felt nothing cause they did nothing. Instead of helping, they doubled our work load. Omigosh, we couldn't stand them at all! During day activities, the whole world was like crazy running here and there, busy busy busy. We were so surprised when we found that the Perak helpers were sleeping in their dormitory when they were supposed to duty. They skipped their duties! Shitest runners I have ever met! Argh.
Nevertheless, there are still a lot of sweet memories that I have had with my fellow friends from Selangor and Bukit Mertajam. Will update as soon as I get the photos :D

Yesterday, which was also the day after the Olympic official opening ceremony :D a one day trip to the Lost World of Tambun was held by tourism club of Union High. Woke up at 4.25 in the morning, walaueh xD the sky was still very dark when I reached the school at bout 5.20am, the atmosphere was freaking spooky.
We headed to our first destination, a charcoal factory in Perak (I guess). The journey took about 2 hours, to us, that part was our bed time :D
